Dispute Resolution; Time Limits for Pursuing Claims
The arbitration will be administered by the Daily Search Jobs in accordance with the Daily Search Jobs’s Commercial Arbitration Rules, and, if applicable, Daily Search Jobs’s Consumer Arbitration Rules. Unless you and we agree otherwise, the arbitration will take place in Los Angeles, California.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and you expressly waive the right to request or maintain any class-wide, representative or consolidated actions, even if Daily Search Jobs procedures or rules would permit them.
